Obituary of Jean Margaret Riley

Jean Margaret Riley, age 89, of Wilkinsburg, passed away July 19, 2019.  She was born in Pittsburgh on Nov. 10, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Leslie M. and Margaret Skidmore Reese and the wife of the late Philip J. Riley.  She was a member of the Pittsburgh Irish Center for many years.

She is survived by her son, Philip J. (Karen) Riley VI of Monroeville; daughters, Margaret A. (Scott) Gibson of N. Versailles, Mary L. (Michael) Hutchinson of Greensburg, Jean A. (James) Gallagher of Prospect; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren; she is preceded in death by her brother, Leslie M. and his wife Gayle Reese.

Family and friends are welcome on Monday, July 22, 2019, from 2 until 8 at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131. (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1313 5th Ave., East McKeesport, PA  15035.  Burial will follow.
