Obituary of Robert D. Bailey

Robert D. Bailey, age 74, of McKeesport, formerly from the state of California, died Sunday, November 17, 2019.  He was born in Ontario, Oregon on March 15, 1945 and is the son of the late Leon Odell and Reta Mae Johnson Bailey.  He served in the US Airforce and was a retired building state Inspector for education in the State of California. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Charmaine Lutkus Bailey, daughter, Avalon Renee Bailey of Bend, Oregon, niece, Sara (Mike) Gardner of Portland, Oregon, brother-in-law, Dan (Trish) Lutkus of Imperial, PA, sister-in-law, Helen (Bill) Denne of White Oak, stepchildren, Andrew (Samira) Mihalek of Charlottesville, VA, Stephen (Chantal) Mihalek of New Haven, Conn., and Christine (Samuel) Wolfgram of Sacramento, California.  He is preceded in death by his sister, Nonnie Bailey.
